Official dotnet new templates for Avalonia applications using C\# or F\#, including MVVM options.

These templates are useful when a .NET team wants a cross-platform desktop interface with XAML and a familiar language ecosystem. Choose a small application or MVVM structure, then build the domain and UI around the needs of your users.

## What to consider

- This repository contains template definitions. Install the published Avalonia.Templates package and generate a separate application before implementing your product.
- The templates do not include a finished business backend. Platform packaging, native integrations and any additional SDK workloads need separate setup; optional commercial Avalonia offerings are outside this MIT repository.

## Start with this project

Prepare a .NET SDK supported by the chosen template release. Install Avalonia.Templates with dotnet new, select an application or MVVM template and generate into a separate directory. Review the target frameworks and dependencies, then build and test on the operating systems you plan to support.
