Legal Consistency & Gap Review
Ensure that all legal documents, UI disclosures, and actual system behaviors agree with one another, and deliver a complete, structured four-part handoff package.
Cross-Document & Product Consistency Audit
- Inter-Document Alignment:
- Verify that defined terms, company details, contact addresses, governing law, dispute resolution, service descriptions, and role classifications match across the Terms of Service (GTC), Privacy Notice, Data Processing Agreement (DPA), Cookie Policy, Subprocessor List, and Order Forms / Pricing Pages.
- Document-to-Product Alignment:
- Onboarding & Checkout: Check that sign-up and checkout screens present links to Terms and Privacy Notice appropriately, do not bundle mandatory contract acceptance with optional marketing consent, and capture required B2C express consent + waiver acknowledgments for immediate digital performance where applicable.
- Subscription & Cancellation: Verify that the cancellation, withdrawal, and refund steps described in the Terms match the actual account settings UI, billing webhooks, and confirmation emails.
- Privacy & Cookies: Confirm that every third-party SDK, analytics tool, AI model provider, cookie, and retention rule in the codebase is reflected in the Privacy Notice, Cookie Policy, and DPA subprocessor list.
- Data Subject & Account Actions: Check whether self-service export, correction, consent withdrawal, and account deletion promised in the text are actually implemented or have a documented manual workflow.
Mandatory Four-Part Handoff Structure
Structure every complete legal documentation delivery into four distinct parts:
- Document Drafts (
1. Dokumentumtervezetek):- Clean, structured drafts of the Terms/GTC, Privacy Notice, and required companion documents (DPA, Cookie Policy, Subprocessor List, Withdrawal Form/Notice), with missing facts marked as

- Categorized into:
- Legal Counsel Review Note (
4. Felülvizsgálati jegyzet):- Unsettled legal interpretations, jurisdiction-specific risks, remaining placeholders, and targeted questions for qualified legal counsel before publication.
