Business application
Canvas LMS
An LMS for courses, assignments, grading and connected educational tools.
Why we recommend it
Choose it when teaching workflows need a shared platform and your team can extend and operate a Rails application.
When to choose it
- Course delivery, assignment submission, gradebooks and LTI integrations.
What to consider
- Check required integrations in this open-source version; do not assume parity with every hosted Canvas service.
Start with this project
Test one assignment from publication through submission and grading, including any external learning tool.
