Business application
Nextcloud
A file-sharing and collaboration platform that can underpin a document-centered partner workspace.
Why we recommend it
We recommend Nextcloud when document sharing and collaboration with clearly defined access boundaries are central to your portal.
When to choose it
- Build a partner document room, customer collaboration space or company file service with selected apps.
What to consider
- Business requests, orders and custom records may need separate apps or integrations. App compatibility, storage operations and permissions must be tested for your deployment.
- Use an official release package for deployment instead of the development branch.
Start with this project
Create one customer workspace and test invitation, sharing, revocation and access isolation with real roles.
