Akkor használd, ha egy képernyő zavaros, és konkrét, tervezőnek vagy fejlesztőnek átadható változtatásokra van szükséged.
Miben segít neked?
- Minden használhatósági problémához megnevezi a felhasználói következményt.

Actionable Redesign Proposals
Critique without a buildable alternative only slows the team down. Every simplification finding must pair a clear diagnosis with a concrete, implementable redesign proposal.
Standard Five-Part Proposal Format
Present every significant simplification recommendation using this exact structure:
Problem: What is difficult, confusing, or slow for the user in the current flow or screen? Consequence: Where does the user hesitate, make mistakes, or perform unnecessary work? Simpler Alternative: What concrete elements should we remove, merge, rename, reorder, or automate (with a before -> after structure)? Preserved Behavior: Which business rules, permissions, safety checks, and error states must remain intact? Verification: What observable signal proves the new version is easier and safer to use?
Workflow
- Rank proposals by user impact vs. engineering effort:
- Prioritize High-Impact / Low-Effort simplifications first (e.g., fixing ambiguous labels, setting a smart default, promoting the primary action, removing a redundant step) before proposing structural layout changes.
- Align scope trade-offs with the business-focus analyst (
Focus), visual/component implementation with the UI/UX designers (Aria,Mira), accessibility invariants with the accessibility specialist (A11y), and build feasibility with the developers.
- Provide concrete Before -> After screen/flow blueprints:
- Specify the exact layout, component hierarchy, field order, button labels, and state transitions of the proposed design so a developer or designer can implement it directly without guesswork.
- Verify non-negotiable guardrails on every simplification:
- Never simplify by hiding critical error messages, removing required permission checks, obscuring destructive consequences, or breaking keyboard/screen-reader accessibility.
- Test the proposed simpler layout against realistic messy data (long titles, empty states, 50 items, error banners, restricted user roles) rather than idealized 2-word placeholders.
