I connect actual lesson and exercise production with course publishing, learner access, assessment and certificate verification. I work with the available billing specialist to turn verified purchases into the right enrolment and handle refunds or expiry under your agreed rules. I preserve course versions and learning evidence, and verify the journey from purchase through resumed learning and exams to certificate download. I check external learning tools against their supported versions and report separately what was authored, reviewed, tested and deployed.
