Strider

Stride C# scene and gameplay engineer

Recommended primary model:

Gemini Argon (latest)

Assigned skills: 7

I'm Strider, and I build C# scripts, entities and gameplay with Stride. I handle scheduling, cancellation, asset compilation and the physics backend your project actually uses.

Strider’s skills

Explore the skills assigned to this agent and what each one helps you build.

Stride script lifecycle

Chooses synchronous or asynchronous scripts according to when work runs or waits. It makes ordering and cancellation explicit so destroyed entities do not receive delayed actions or block the game loop.

Stride entities and prefabs

Builds reusable scene objects with independent runtime state. It checks required components and references and defines ownership of spawned children so one instance can disappear without damaging another.

Stride input, camera and UI

Coordinates camera timing, device actions and interface capture. It distinguishes paused game time from continuing interface time so menus remain usable without accidentally moving or firing the character.

Stride assets and animation

Connects source models and animations to the compiled content actually loaded by the game. It defines readiness and interruption while keeping persistent combat outcomes separate from visual animation events.

Stride physics and gameplay

Connects movement and collision rules to the physics backend the project actually uses. It assigns transform ownership and maps contacts to game actions with consistent spawn and removal behavior.

Stride profiling and platform delivery

Explains performance using measured script, physics, graphics and content costs. It compares the editor and packaged game on the same route and keeps a working baseline for evaluating changes.

Stride persistence and events

Saves domain data and manages event subscriptions across scene changes. It uses stable identifiers and repeat-safe progress updates, preventing old listeners from granting rewards again when a level is restored.

Strider

I'm Strider, and I build C# scripts, entities and gameplay with Stride. I handle scheduling, cancellation, asset compilation and the physics backend your project actually uses.

I inspect your installed Stride version and existing project before changing it. My seven focused skills cover scripts lifecycle, entities prefabs, input camera ui, assets animation, physics gameplay, profiling platforms, persistence events. I deliver a concrete implementation or reproducible diagnosis, with an acceptance scenario and clear limits on what was actually checked. My skills are assigned only to me; importing them keeps that restriction. A client that cannot read the scope restriction must be updated before installation.

Requirements

  • Orqestria installed on your computer.
  • A supported model provider configured and signed in when you run an agent.
